How updated are the lists ?
All our lists are updated on a weekly basis. New and fresh emails are added and old and invalid emails removed every Sunday.
Do I need any additional utilities or software's to use the lists ?
Yes, there are a few utilities that must be installed before using the lists. One of them is compression utility Winrar, it can be downloaded for free from http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar380.exe, you may also need a download manger to download the files http://dl.filekicker.com/send/file/167647-EPZB/mdsetup.exe (not required, but it helps if the files that you are downloading are big)
How effective is email marketing ?
Targeted opt-in emailing is the most cost effective way to advertise your business. You can expect anywhere from 2% to 3% response rate. This rate is considered very high.
Some of our clients have had response rate as high as 5-6%. The response rate also depends on the kind of product or service you are selling.
How are your leads gathered ?

What is the format of the list ?
All lists are saved in plain text format (.txt) with one e-mail per line which makes them suitable for any software. Leads are in Excel (.xls) format.
This is the standard format used by all bulk mailing softwares and utilities.
Is anything done to your lists to reduce the amount of complaints I may get?
Yes. We have managed to compile a database of millions of email addresses of complainers, anti-spammers and people who just do not respond well to email advertising. Before we release any list it is first filtered through this huge database to eliminate these people. What is the difference between the Lists and Leads ?

What is SIC ?
Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes are four digit numerical codes assigned by the U.S. government to business establishments to identify the primary business of the establishment. This is a misconception that the mailing software or the PHP script is responsible for delivery of the mails to INBOX, it has nothing to do with the software. The delivery of the mails depends on the message that you are sending. All email providers like (hotmail, yahoo, aol, gmail, etc.) scan the mail for particular words and phrases which they consider as Spam, if your mail have those words then chances are that your mail will be delivered to SPAM folder.
To avoid this, we would suggest that you first write the mail (do not use words such as FREE, OFFER, etc.) in your message. Then start by sending these emails to your own accounts on yahoo and hotmail. If it hits the Inbox then you are ready to proceed, if not then change the email content and try again. I have downloaded Winrar, how do I extract the emails now ?
Assuming that you have already installed the software Winrar.
Step 1: Right click on the Email file that you have downloaded from our server.
Step 2: A menu opens, you will see Extract Here, click on it.
Step 3: The folder with emails will now be extracted to the Desktop (or wherever) you had the file saved.

What is HJSplit ?
Very nice looking freeware file splitter (screenshot). It splits files of any type and size. Does not need to be installed. Just click on hjsplit.exe and the program starts. This program can even handle files which are larger than 10Gb!

How do I join the files using HJSplit ?
Please follow the below steps to Join the files:
1. Open hjsplit.exe software.
2. Click on Join
3. Select Input File (Output file will automatically show below the input file area)
4. Select the first email address file (usually filename.rar.001) that you have just downloaded from our servers.
5. Now Click On Start
6. You will see a progress bar and within a few seconds the Main Email Address file will be joined and saved to the same folder/location where the first file (filename.rar.001) is there.
How do I open a Zip file ?
After you have installed WinZip, you can open a Zip file by double clicking it in your e-mail attachment or Explorer window or by starting WinZip and choosing "Unzip or install from an existing Zip file" in the WinZip Wizard. (If the WinZip Wizard does not open by default when you start WinZip, just click the Wizard button in the toolbar). The WinZip Wizard will guide you through the process of unzipping your file.
